Banana Plug Straight Jacket
| LiPo safety is always a concern as is the need to prevent charger banana plugs from touching and possibly shorting out. If you’ve ever unplugged a charging cable before you unplugged the battery, you know how much fun that is. Cut a small piece of balsa and put it between the two banana plugs while they are plugged into the charger. Wrap them with a couple of zip-ties, and put a drop of thin CA on the plastic plug housings and balsa to lock them in place. You can even use heat-shrink tubing to give it a professional look.
