Burr Removal
Before shortening a screw with a hacksaw, run the nut onto the screw first. After cutting, the heavy burr formed is easily removed by the removal of the nut. Adapted from 400 Great R/C Modeling Tips by Jim Newman, Volume I, an Air Age Media publication.
