Cure for Wrinkled Decals

When you apply a large decal to a curved surface, it will invariably have tucks and wrinkles along its sides. Before the decal sets, use a new hobby blade, cut slits as shown here, then firmly press down the overlaps with a damp tissue. Bubbles can be pricked with a needle; work air out through the holes. Adapted from 400 Great R/C Modeling Tips by Jim Newman, Volume II, an Air Age Media publication.
