Local and regional club functions are where the hobby's "rubber meets the road" and I'm always pleased with what I find. At the recent "Warbirds over Long Island" giant-scale meet hosted by the Long Island Skyhawks club, I literally fell in love with Sal Calvagna's newest project, a º -scale Polikarpov I-16....
