Flush-Fitting Wing Roots

Fitting wing roots flush against fiberglass fuselages can be frustrating, but here’s a way to achieve a perfect fit. Tape plastic wrap or wax paper onto the fuselage where the wings will butt up against it. Thoroughly wax or grease the wing rods, then cover the end rib with a mixture of epoxy and filler.
