Long Reach Clothespins
| I use clothespins for all kinds of clamping needs in the workshop, but all too often they weren’t long enough to reach the area I needed to clamp. I finally removed the spring and attached it to a couple of Popsicle sticks. This is done by gluing stops on the sticks on each side of the spring wire. Now the clamp is deep enough to reach many things the clothespin could not. I can adjust the tension by simply attaching the spring stops at different locations on the stick.
