Positively Folding Propellers
You may have difficulty getting your propeller to fold, because the inertia of the freewheeling blades keeps them extended. A light rubber band around the blades and across the rear of the hub is enough to initiate folding. Adapted from 400 Great R/C Modeling Tips by Jim Newman, Volume II, an Air Age Media publication.
