Wing-Rod Aligning

It’s tricky to install wing-rod tubes through a fiberglass fuselage so that the wings are at the same angle of incidence. Try this technique: drill the holes in the fuselage slightly larger than you need, then cut plywood inserts to fit inside the wing root so the ply fits tightly over the tubes. Firmly jig the fuselage to the bench, and attach and adjust the wings until the left and right angles of incidence match....
