Archer Aviation Midnight eVTOL
Archer Aviation uveiled a mockup of its production vehicle, Midnight, Nov. `6 at its headquarters in San Jose, CA. The company plans to gain certification by latter 2024 and begin operations in 2015. Archer’s Midnight design has a takeoff weight of 6,500 lbs. and will carry 4 passengers, luggage and a pilot. Midnight’s 480ft wingspan is 8 ft. longer than that of the Archer demonstrator.
