Sometimes we need bigger servo arms that don’t fit the servo size we need. The solution? First, take a standard servo arm and cut the center protrusion from the bottom of the larger servo arm. Then sand it flush and smooth. Next, sand the top of the smaller servo output arm. Glue them together using plastic CA adhesive while aligning the two center holes.
