Honda Plans Hybrid-Electric 4-Passenger eVTOL
Japanese car maker Honda has conducted wind-tunnel tests and flown models of a planned hybrid-electric 4-passenger winged eVTOL reportedly with intercity range. The design has eight lift rotors for vertical flight and two ducted propellers for forward propulsion. Batteries are to be charged by a gas-turbine-powered generator.
