Mini Coping Saw

Make this slender saw by carefully grinding off the straight edge of a hacksaw blade. You’ll find it invaluable for cutting out disks or the inside edges of frames. When you grind the blade, wear safety glasses, and make sure the steel doesn’t heat up so that it loses its “temper”. Immerse it in water frequently; if it becomes discolored, it’s too late!
